Social-distance seating

 

Ensure social-distance seating while maximizing occupancy with the smartest dynamic seating solution.

  • Exclusively allow bookings that match your gap rules. Moviegoers will kindly be asked to change their seat selection if it's too close to reserved seats. You can easily set:
    - Up to four-seat lateral gaps
    - Front, back, and diagonal seat gaps
  • Set up a capacity limit for your all your shows – once the total number of sellable tickets is reached, the session appears as sold out.

  • Enable dynamically optimized seating capacity (no wasted seat gaps).
    Recommend seats that are sufficiently distant from others and limit selections that would create unnecessary seat gaps. 
  • Available across V-Tix, Kiosk, and POS

V-Tix now also displays clearly marked social-distance seats to distinguish them from occupied seats!

Important information to all Veezi customers: if you wish to use front, back, and diagonal seat gaps and currently have removed rows or extra house seats, please get in touch (LiveChat button in Back Office). We’ll reset your seat map so that you can enjoy the full potential of these social-distance seating features!

Contact tracing

 

Collect name, phone number, and email address if required by authorities for contact tracing purposes.

  • Make these details mandatory across all sales channels: V-Tix, Kiosk, and POS
  • For each screening, easily extract the list of moviegoers, their contact details, and the seats each of them occupied (if using allocated seating) by running the "Bookings by show" report. Of course we hope you'll never have to!
