Can someone help me set up Veezi for my cinema?

Veezi has been designed so that this process is as easy as possible for you to work through. There is help and guidance contained in each step you go through in Veezi. If you have any questions at any step of the way, you have unlimited support via email. Just ask the question and we will help you.

Is there a way I can test my Internet connection to see if it is fast enough for Veezi?

Yes. Make sure you are connected to the Internet via the connection you wish to test and then use your browser to navigate to the following two tests - www.speedtest.net  and www.pingtest.net for each, clip and paste the results into an email to us at support@veezi.com and we will respond with an answer as soon as we can.

Can I use Veezi in different time zones?

Yes. Within your Veezi account you can set the time zone for each site you have separately.
